Senior Designer (Branding & Packaging)

As a Senior Designer at Landor's Global Design Studio in India, you will be an integral part of our multi-skilled and multicultural team. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that aim to shape the future through innovative design solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with Design Directors and fellow Designers to create outstanding creative work that aligns with our clients" branding goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting conceptual exploration to generate alternative design solutions, evaluating design options based on strategy and briefs, and developing breakthrough design strategies. You will play a key role in showcasing your passion for creative excellence by partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful branding, packaging, and visual communication solutions. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position within a brand or design agency. Proficiency in AI tools to support the creative process is essential, along with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding and packaging design, as well as a track record of creative idea generation, strategy development, and execution, will be crucial for success in this role.
