Responsibilities New product development. CAD modeling/drawing generation. Support for design changes in existing products. Review customer enquiries and contribute to feasibility studies & prepare concept design. To liaison with engineers in UK /USA/India. Liaison with customers, internal departments and external suppliers. Work with other departments to ensure DFM, DFA and strategic low-cost sourcing activities are fully supported. Suggestions of design modifications and improvement. Water pump/Oil Pump testing. Competencies / Capabilities Required. CAD modeling (CREO Pro-E / Windchill). Geometrical dimensioning and tolerances. Turbo machines retrofitting, design modifications. Pump testing exposure Knowledge & understanding of DFMEA, PPAP, APQP, & FMEA making. Communication Skills Good team player
