Senior Design Engineer HVAC (MEP)

As a Senior Design Engineer HVAC at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading projects across various sectors such as hospitals, hotels, offices, IT fit-outs, residential & commercial buildings, and industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading HVAC system design, drafting, and execution throughout the project lifecycle. - Conducting heat load calculations, duct/piping sizing, and planning for chiller plants & AHU rooms. - Designing ventilation systems for different areas like kitchens, basements, cleanrooms, and data centers. - Preparing schematic drawings, DBRs, BOQs, technical specifications, and estimates. - Collaborating with project teams, addressing RFIs, reviewing materials/drawings, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Providing guidance and monitoring site execution to ensure timely progress and client satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC Design & Drafting. - Strong knowledge of NBC, ASHRAE, and ISHRAE standards. - Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office (knowledge of Revit MEP is a plus). - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Willingness to travel to client offices and project sites.
