Senior Design Consultant

As the Lead Designer at HomeLane, you will be responsible for managing a set of customers from the initial meeting to the finalization of the design. Your role will involve collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and provide them with the best design solutions for their homes. This includes tasks such as quoting, detailed designing, and preparing production drawings for manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Be the primary point of contact and lead designer for a group of HomeLane customers - Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable design solutions - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with a focus on prioritization and execution - Analyze sales reports, project turnaround time (TAT), and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution - Site experience is essential to ensure proposed designs can be easily installed - Customer-centric approach, balancing functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints - Exposure to residential projects is a must - Proficiency in Google Sketchup software - Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, with additional proficiency in the local language being desirable This job requires a creative individual with a strong design background and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and deliver high-quality design solutions.
