Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI Developer)

As a Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI Developer) at Regology, you will play a vital role in developing Gen AI-based applications for businesses. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable ML solutions. Additionally, you will conduct research on emerging generative AI trends, utilize hands-on experience with Generative AI models, analyze large datasets for insights, and develop documentation for ML processes and models. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team knowledge sharing will also be part of your role. - Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to develop scalable ML solutions - Conduct research on emerging trends in generative AI and apply findings to enhance existing systems - Utilize hands-on experience with Generative AI models, particularly language models - Analyze large datasets to derive insights and guide model development - Develop and maintain documentation for ML processes, models, and best practices - Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing Qualifications: - 4-6 years of practical experience in machine learning, with a focus on generative models Technical Skills: - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python - Proficiency in SQL/No-SQL (At least one) - Understanding of Mongo and Elasticsearch is a plus - Experience with RESTful APIs - Familiarity with Gunicorn/FastAPI - Familiarity with Git - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team,
