Job Description In this role, you will work on developing Gen AI-based applications to business. You will directly work with key stakeholders to define the business problem and determine solution requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring business value, communicating results, making presentations, etc. If you are passionate to work on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to talk to you. Key Responsibilities ○ Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and business stakeholders to develop scalable ML solutions. ○ Conduct research on emerging trends in generative AI and apply findings to improve existing systems. ○ Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, including language models ○ Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform model development. ○ Create and maintain documentation for ML processes, models, and best practices. ○ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Skills and Experience Required Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a focus on generative models. Technical Skills: ○ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. ○ Proficiency in SQL/No-SQL (At least one) ○ Understanding of Mongo and Elasticsearch is a plus ○ Experience with RESTful APIs ○ Familiarity with Gunicorn/FastAPI ○ Familiarity with Git ○ Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
