Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity for the role of Senior Data Scientist - Analytics. You should possess a degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field. It is preferred to have experience in statistics, regression, time series, and econometrics. You should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with R and R-Shiny, along with a strong command over SQL and a genuine passion for open-source solutions. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and team management is required. Your role will require a robust knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, APIs, ETL processes, testing methodologies, and cloud technologies, especially AWS. Experience in designing and building exploratory data analysis and data visualization is essential. Having a solution-oriented mindset and being self-directed are important qualities for this role. You should also have experience using version control software and project management solutions. It is crucial to align with the values of Passion, Integrity, Excellence, and Results as defined by Argus.
