Primary Responsibilities As a Tech Lead, the candidate should be able to work as an individual contributor as well as people manager Be able to work on data pipelines and databases Be able to work on data intensive applications or systems Be able to lead the team and have to soft skills for the same Be able to review code, design and mentor the team members Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent experience Experience working on Databricks Well versed with Apache spark, Azure, SQL, Pyspark, Airflow, Hadoop, UNIX etc. Proven ability to work on big data technology stack on cloud and on-prem Proven ability to communicate effectively with the team Proven ability to lead and mentor the team Proven ability to have soft skills for people management
