Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Scientist who could design and build a cutting edge Data dashboard for the real estate sector. 

Essential Requirements

• Create highly scalable Data Dashboard solution that can collect, store, process & analyse sets of data from a wide variety of sources
• Be responsible for setting up Data Infrastructure, ETL workflows, highly available scalable data systems that works fast for real estate clients
• Work with designers, project managers, operation managers, third party systems providers and customers
• Be responsible for analyzing and visualising data, model building and preparation of related reports and presentations. 
• Be primarily responsible for quantitative, statistical and predictive analysis of large data sets. 
• Excellent knowledge & programming experience PHP, Python, Perl or R
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and cloud technology
• Proven record of developing and implementing analytical models & reports. 

Desired Skills

• Strong C#

  skills with 3+ years backend development or data orchestration experience 

• SQL

  expertise including performance optimisation and complex queries 

• Azure

  experience with Data Factory and Databricks (or equivalent cloud platforms)

• ETL/ELT

  knowledge with solid understanding of data modeling and transformation patterns 

• Development practices

  using Git, CI/CD, and collaborative workflows 

• Integration experience

  working with APIs, ODBC, and various data sources

Preferred

• Secondary language proficiency in appropriate languages such as Python for advanced transformations 
• Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, or Fabric experience 
• Dataverse and Power Platform knowledge 
• Data governance and security practices 
• Property/real estate industry experience
