Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Engineer with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI-DWH), you will be expected to leverage your 8 years of experience in a multi-national company, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Your proficiency in T-SQL programming and detailed knowledge of SQL Server as a Data Warehouse (DWH) platform will be crucial. Additionally, you should possess very good knowledge of the Microsoft BI toolset, including Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and SSIS. Your role will entail designing solutions for complex business problems, and any experience with Microsoft Azure will be advantageous. Familiarity with SSRS, SSAS OLAP and Tabular Cubes, and Power BI will also be beneficial. Moreover, you should have a strong desire for learning and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in T-SQL programming to develop and optimize queries for data retrieval and manipulation - Design and implement data warehouse solutions using SQL Server as the platform - Create and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft BI tools such as SSIS - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities by leveraging tools like Power BI - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the BI and data engineering domain Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in a multi-national company, preferably in the manufacturing sector - Proficient in T-SQL programming and SQL Server - Strong knowledge of the Microsoft BI toolset, including Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and SSIS - Experience with Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage - Familiarity with SSRS, SSAS OLAP and Tabular Cubes, and Power BI will be advantageous - Desire for continuous learning and improvement in the BI and data engineering field,
