Role Overview: As a Data Architect at Inspire Brands, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the business, Product, and Development teams to qualify, identify, and build Data & Analytics solutions. Your responsibilities include defining technical architecture roadmaps, designing data architectures, creating data flow diagrams, and ensuring the development of efficient data systems. You will also be responsible for becoming a thought leader by sharing best practices, educating technical leaders, and contributing to publications and conferences. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with product and business teams to understand their strategic, business, and technical needs - Define technical architecture roadmaps to realize business values in both tactical and strategic ways - Design solutions involving data architectures such as data lake, data fabric, dimensional marts, MDM, etc. - Partner with technical leads to identify solution components and the latest data-related technologies - Educate team members on data lineage and architecture principles - Identify gaps in the environment, process, and skills to address and drive results - Support enterprise data infrastructure management and analysts in developing efficient data systems - Create cloud data models and database architecture for long-term technical viability - Improve system performance and suggest ideas for cost reduction - Communicate data architecture to stakeholders and collaborate with technical staff - Conduct data-driven analyses to provide optimal data provisioning patterns - Streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve accuracy and value Qualification Required: - Minimum 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a related field - Preferred: BS in Computer Science Additional Details: Inspire Brands is seeking a Data Architect with a minimum of 12 years of experience who is proficient in DE (Data Engineering) and DG (Data Governance). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Modern Warehouse environments and be capable of supporting Agile PODS. Strong communication skills and expertise in Azure services, Data bricks, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow are essential. The successful candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities, and a maverick approach to work with a passion for technology trends.
