Job Description

As a Data Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of long-term data strategy, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will be involved in developing logical and physical data models, aligning architecture with business goals, and defining systems/subsystems to support program objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures. - Lead the development of long-term data strategy and short-term tactical data solutions. - Implement governance frameworks, metadata accuracy protocols, and regulatory compliance measures. - Develop logical and physical data models across systems and platforms. - Align architecture with business and technical goals through gap analysis. - Define systems/subsystems that support program goals. - Deploy and optimize data tools in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to ensure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, facilitating onboarding, training, and skill-building. - Collaborate with business owners, architects, and cross-functional teams. - Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support project estimation and planning. - Participate in technical forums, explore new tools and frameworks, and lead PoC development. - Automate and optimize data workflows, document architectural decisions, and evaluate solutions through audits. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years in IT with at least 3 years as a Data Architect. - Expert-level proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and relational database systems. - 3+ years of hands-on data modeling and database design experience. - Strong understanding of ETL processes, data governance, and data integration frameworks. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Knowledge of data warehouse, Hadoop, data analytics, and transformation tools. - Certification in Big Data/Architect track (AWS/Azure/GCP). Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Creativity in solution development. - Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - High resilience and self-learning capability. - Leadership, mentoring, and performance management skills. Please note that the job requires a strong background in Solution Architecture, MySQL, Database, and Healthcare.,
