As a Senior Data Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Your advanced SQL skills will be essential in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets for trends, conducting root cause analysis, and optimizing complex SQL queries. Additionally, your deep understanding of business operations will be valuable in translating business needs into data solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Data Analysis & SQL Proficiency: - Collect, clean, and analyze datasets for trends. - Translate business needs into data solutions. - Conduct root cause analysis. - Optimize complex SQL queries. - Set up data pipelines and ETL. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams. - Translate business needs into analytical solutions. - Articulate insights to technical and non-technical audiences. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence. - Advanced SQL and relational database proficiency. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Please note that the job location for this position is limited to Hyderabad and Gurgaon, and the expected experience level is 6-8 years with immediate to 30 days notice period.
