Job Description

As a Senior Cybersecurity Expert (M365 security, MS Purview) at Siemens Healthineers, you will play a crucial role in defining strategies and goals for services hosted in the Purview portal, ensuring effective technical implementation to maximize tool utility. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing current tool usage, defining priorities, and driving implementation to address gaps in risk & compliance, data governance, and data security areas - Managing different tools within Microsoft Purview and other Microsoft 365 environment solutions - Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments including HR, Legal, Compliance, and relevant business lines - Leading the strategic use of Microsoft Purview as the central data governance solution, ensuring consistent data policies, classification, and data stewardship - Automating information classification using Microsoft Purview for proactive identification and protection of sensitive data - Overseeing permissions and access control within the Microsoft Purview portal, conducting access reviews periodically - Selecting Microsoft Purview products, deploying proofs of concept, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support - Ensuring appropriate licensing for solutions, optimizing costs, and establishing monitoring processes to align with least privilege principle - Coordinating discussions with Microsoft for Purview-related topics and participating in security projects within Microsoft 365 and other areas managed by the team Additionally, you will benefit from a hybrid work schedule, multinational environment, and opportunities for career development and skill enhancement. Your qualifications should include: - 7+ years of IT experience and 5+ years working with Microsoft Compliance/Purview solutions and cybersecurity - Proven experience in Microsoft Purview and related solutions, with a focus on implementation and configuration - Possession of relevant certifications such as Microsoft SC-400 or SC-401 - Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 security solutions and topics - Advanced English, communication, and negotiation skills Furthermore, you should: - Enjoy engaging with different teams and facilitating discussions - Have a proactive mindset towards security risks - Be analytical, methodical, and capable of working autonomously or in a team setting - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members - Drive projects from initiation to completion in alignment with business objectives This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the security operations of Siemens Healthineers, contributing to the daily work of more than 70k employees while continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge through training and practical experience.,
