Senior customer support associates

As a Senior Process Associate in an International Voice & Backend Process, you will be responsible for handling various tasks at our location in Kharadi, Pune. You will be working in US Rotational Shifts starting after 5:00 PM for 5 days a week. To be eligible for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an International BPO with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Only candidates with International BPO experience will be considered, and domestic BPO experience will not be accepted. A graduate degree is required, and candidates must be 35 years old or below. Your main responsibilities will include handling international voice and backend processes effectively. The salary for this position ranges from 5.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA based on your experience and interview performance. Additional benefits include Night Shift Allowance, cab facilities, and free meals.
