Senior Corporate Trainer

As a Corporate Trainer at Nice Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to lead the future of corporate learning by delivering world-class training in data, analytics, and BI technologies to global clients. Your role will involve conducting corporate training sessions for international clients, designing custom training programs, developing engaging content, leading and mentoring the training team, collaborating with clients to understand training needs, and staying updated with emerging tools and technologies. Additionally, you will have the chance to travel globally as per training schedules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver corporate training sessions for international clients, averaging a minimum of 10 days per month - Design custom training programs and participate in pre-sales conversations - Create engaging content including e-learning modules, manuals, and presentations - Lead and mentor the training team to foster a high-performance culture - Collaborate with clients to identify training needs, plan delivery, and ensure ROI - Stay informed about emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in the field **Qualifications Required:** - Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - Proven experience in B2B corporate training focusing on data, analytics, and BI - Willingness to travel internationally - Ability to confidently engage in pre-sales conversations and customize training plans - A continuous learning mindset and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively At Nice Software Solutions, you will be part of a company that has successfully delivered over 600 projects to more than 100 clients worldwide since 2008.
