As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing sophisticated control systems to support the adoption of affordable green hydrogen, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive C&A architectures for high-temperature, high-pressure electrolyzers. You will develop advanced process control strategies to ensure safe and efficient operation of the electrolyzer units, especially when integrated with renewable energy sources like solar and wind. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices for hazardous environments. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing and commissioning C&A systems in demanding industrial settings such as oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, or thermal power plants. Your expertise should extend to control systems for high-temperature and high-pressure processes, as well as multi-phase systems involving gas/vapor and liquid components. Proficiency in major PLC and DCS platforms, along with strong SCADA and HMI development skills, is essential. Ideally, you should hold a degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess sound knowledge of automation design principles. Your ability to solve complex interdisciplinary problems related to process control and automation, familiarity with industrial communication protocols, and understanding of relevant industry standards will be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, experience with renewable energy sources, electrolyzer technology, safety instrumented systems, and advanced process control techniques would be advantageous.
