Senior Contracts Expert

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Variation Instructions, Variation Orders, and Recommendations to the Employer for approval or rejection of Variations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assessing Contractors"/Employers" Claims for Agreement or Determination and providing notification to both the Employer and Contractor of any Claim Agreement. - Assessing and determining the Employers" Claims/Counterclaims, considering the actual work done, related events encountered in the project, and confirming to the Contract provisions. - Evaluating and submitting Interim Claims (Cost) under the relevant Contract norms attributable to the Employer. - Checking and submitting Price Adjustment/Variations Bills in accordance with Contract conditions.
