Senior Contracts Expert

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to contract management and claims assessment in construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing Variation Instruction, Variation Order, and Recommendations to the Employer for approval or rejection of Variations. - Assessing Contractors/Employers Claims for Agreement/Determination and notifying the Employer and Contractor of any Claim Agreement. - Evaluating and determining Employers Claims/Counterclaims by considering the actual work done, related events encountered in the project, and confirming to the Contract provisions. - Evaluating and submitting Interim Claims (Cost) under the relevant Contract norms attributable to the Employer. - Checking and submitting Price Adjustment/Variations Bills in accordance with Contract conditions.
