Role Overview: You will be a skilled JAVA Backend Developer with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and database management. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining software applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Research, design, implement, and manage software programs. - Test and evaluate new programs for functionality and performance. - Identify areas for modification in existing programs and develop necessary changes. - Write and implement efficient, reusable code. - Assess operational practicality and feasibility of software solutions. - Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics for effective development. - Maintain and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in Core Java/J2EE and OOP concepts. - Experience with Spring Boot and Struts frameworks. - Strong understanding of Hibernate and other Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs). - Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support experience. - Ability to perform development and unit testing in collaboration with business stakeholders. - Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and build tools such as Maven. - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins for continuous integration. - Knowledge of caching techniques (Redis, Hazelcast, Aerospike). - Experience with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Proficient in database technologies including Oracle, MySQL, SQL, and NoSQL.
