Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting

The Senior Consultant in Tech Consulting plays a key role in delivering advanced analytics, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions to clients across industries. The role involves leading project workstreams, designing scalable data architectures, developing machine learning models, and advising clients on data strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, develop technical solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery. The position requires strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, cloud platforms, data governance, and modern data technologies. Senior Consultants are also expected to mentor junior team members, contribute to proposal development, and support business development activities within the national practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI & Data Solution Delivery

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models, analytical pipelines, and automation solutions.

• Lead data engineering activities including data ingestion, transformation, and integration using modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Develop proof-of-concepts and scalable implementations for AI/ML use cases.

• Apply best practices in MLOps, data quality, and model lifecycle management.

2. Data Strategy & Advisory

• Support clients in developing end-to-end data and AI strategies.

• Assist in designing enterprise data architectures, data governance frameworks, and operating models.

• Conduct assessments on data maturity, analytics capabilities, and AI readiness.

3. Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.

• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

• Lead requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and technical discussions.

4. Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, model evaluation, and applied analytics.

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern analytics tools.

• Experience with cloud-native services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI.

• Understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines.

5. Thought Leadership & Team Development

• Contribute to developing accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.

• Mentor junior team members and participate in training initiatives.

• Support business development through proposals, demos, and technical write-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.

• 5–10 years of experience in data engineering, advanced analytics, or AI development.

• Strong programming skills in Python/SQL and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience with cloud data platforms and AI services.
