As a Senior Consultant in the Transfer Pricing Tax team at EY, your role will be to assist the core Tax teams in delivering quality solutions using your general tax knowledge. You will work alongside experienced tax professionals to ensure client engagements are executed efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare transfer pricing documentation reports - Develop specialized competence and establish yourself as a technical resource within your service line - Identify international transactions, compute arms length prices, select appropriate methods, and prepare transfer pricing study reports - Complete Transfer Pricing assignments, including benchmarking studies for multinational clients - Manage a team of Consultants and Interns working on specific client projects - Assist clients in transfer pricing and supply chain planning - Expand opportunities with existing clients and act on referrals in relation to the Service Line - Conduct economic and comparability analyses using Indian and foreign databases - Prepare technical submissions for assessments and appellate levels - Stay updated with evolving Transfer Pricing laws in India - Represent clients" cases before Tax Officers and Appellate levels **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Familiarity with OECD TP Guidelines and transfer pricing regulations of developed countries - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified Chartered Accountant - 2-4 years of core transfer pricing experience **Additional Details:** EY is committed to inclusivity and offers flexible working arrangements to achieve a balance between delivering excellent client service and personal priorities.
