Senior Consultant - Target

As a Senior Consultant Target with 7+ years of experience, your role will involve developing and managing Adobe Target campaigns for site optimization. This includes understanding business requirements, evaluating technical feasibility, coding, campaign creation, setting up metrics and segments, and ensuring quality checks and approvals. You will also be responsible for UI development for client websites. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Adobe Target Campaigns for site optimization - Work closely with Digital Marketing Business Consultants to recommend technical best practices for optimizing clients' digital assets across various devices - Drive standardization of coding methodology and processes for better quality and timely delivery - Prioritize work based on business emergencies and communicate feasible timelines - Build technical and business relationships with professionalism - Collaborate with internal teams and client partner relationships - Mentor and coach team members - Ensure professional delivery of technical implementations by working closely with the Quality Assurance team - Present in front of groups when required - Utilize extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office for various tasks Qualifications: - Organized and highly motivated self-starter - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies/languages - Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs, and browser compatibility solutions - Familiarity with UI/UX and mobile development - Knowledge of current W3C recommendations and common browser availability - Experience in dynamic web development, personalization, web analytics, and website optimization - Bonus if experienced with XML, DOM related technologies, and project management - Ability to lead small team members and implement process improvement initiatives - Knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events This full-time, contractual/ temporary role offers health insurance, Provident Fund benefits, and flexibility to work from Bengaluru, Pune, or remotely. The contract length is 12 months with a day shift schedule.
