We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of senior Consultant specialist.

In this role you will:

• Be a Technical Lead, who will be provide round the clock application support.
• Engage quickly in all customers impacting service issues and drive technical investigation and resolution.
• Provide technical support during production incidents to help provide the quickest possible restoration of service. Investigate the root cause and provide/drive service improvements to completion.
• Perform analysis to provide estimations and optimal solutions to business stakeholders to choose from.
• Perform analysis to support the static BAU (Business As Usual) changes in the application.
• Communicate with business analyst for any technical support and inputs.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Relevant work experience of 8+ years in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Integration Framework, Spring Boot.
• Java server-side development experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of RTC (Version Control System).
• Good knowledge on tools like Maven, Jenkins, GitHUB, Ansible.
• Should have hands-on experience on tools like Splunk and App Dynamics.
• Basic knowledge of shell scripting and python.
• Participate in intra-day and overnight (rarely, when called) Support.
• Must be able to debug the existing code, extend the functionality and/or fix issues if any.
• Knowledge of Spring Integration/Dojo Framework will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work comfortably both within a team and independently as required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and decision-making skill required.
• Able to adapt to working in different roles and on different technologies.
