Senior Consultant - SAP GRC Security

As an IT Services Organization, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP GRC solutions such as Access Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management. Your role will involve conducting security assessments and audits within SAP GRC, developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls, as well as designing role-based access controls in SAP systems. It will be essential to ensure that SAP systems comply with industry standards and regulations, supporting SAP GRC projects related to risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives. You will also provide guidance on best practices for SAP security and GRC solutions, collaborating with other teams to integrate SAP GRC into overall IT security frameworks. Additionally, you will be expected to offer ongoing support and maintenance for GRC solutions to ensure optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience working with SAP GRC solutions particularly in SAP Access Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management. You should possess a strong understanding of SAP security, authorization concepts, and GRC functionality, along with familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP modules. Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, etc., will be considered a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
