Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular conditions.
Provide medical and surgical treatment for a wide range of eye diseases.
Perform advanced ophthalmic surgeries (e.g., cataract, glaucoma, cornea, retina, depending on subspecialty).
Review and interpret diagnostic tests such as OCT, visual fields.
Diagnose and manage diseases and disorders of the retina and cornea, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, keratoconus, corneal dystrophies, and infections.
Perform complex surgical procedures such as:

Pars plana vitrectomy, scleral buckling, intravitreal injections

Penetrating keratoplasty (PK), DALK.

Conduct outpatient clinics, preoperative assessments, and post-operative care for surgical patients.

Qualifications:

MBBS with MS/MD/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
Fellowship or advanced training in Retina Surgery and/or Cornea (preferred: FRCS, FICO, ICO Fellowship).
Minimum 10 years of post-residency experience in ophthalmology with at least 5 years focused on retina and cornea procedures.
Proven surgical expertise and outcomes in vitreoretinal and corneal surgeries.
Strong leadership, communication, and patient management skills.
