Job Description:

We are looking for a Sourcing Procurement Solution Design professional to join the Digital Transformation Services DTS
team in Bangalore
The role will focus on designing differentiated digitally enabled S P solutions for global clients supporting RFPs and
proactive pursuits and developing transformation roadmaps that combine deep procurement domain expertise with AI
analytics automation workflow and procurement technology
The ideal candidate should be able to understand a client s procurement challenges identify transformation
opportunities develop the future state solution and articulate a compelling business and digital transformation story
This
is primarily a consulting solutioning and pre sales role rather than a procurement operations role

Key Responsibilities:

S P Solution Design Pre Sales
Lead or support solution design for Sourcing Procurement opportunities including RFPs RFIs and proactive pursuits
Understand client requirements current state processes and pain points and translate them into a differentiated solution
Develop future state operating models transformation roadmaps solution architectures and digital interventions
Create compelling proposal narratives presentations and solution artifacts for client discussions and solution defense
sessions
Work across domain technology operations and commercial teams to develop scalable and commercially viable solutions
Sourcing Procurement Transformation
Assess S P processes to identify opportunities for simplification standardization digitization and automation
Apply strong domain understanding across procurement intake and guided buying strategic sourcing RFP RFQ e
auctions category management supplier management and vendor risk contract management tactical and tail spend
buying requisition to PO and spend analytics
Translate business challenges into transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Digital AI Technology Solutioning
Identify opportunities to embed GenAI AI agentic automation advanced analytics intelligent workflows and automation into
procurement processes
Understand how leading procurement platforms fit within the client s existing technology landscape
Develop technology enabled solutions without losing sight of the underlying process and business case
Work with specialist technology and product teams to convert business requirements into practical solution designs
Business Case Value Articulation
Translate digital interventions into tangible business outcomes such as productivity improvement cycle time reduction
compliance improvement spend visibility and procurement savings opportunities
Build transformation hypotheses and support business case development
Articulate the why change what changes how technology enables it and what value the client receives story
Develop phased transformation roadmaps rather than isolated technology recommendations

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SERVICES JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Stakeholder Engagement
Participate in client discovery workshops solution discussions and presentations
Engage effectively with senior client stakeholders and translate complex digital concepts into clear business language
Collaborate with S P domain SMEs operations technology teams sales commercial teams and external technology
partners
Support solution defense and client presentations with strong executive storytelling

Additional Responsibilities:

S P domain expertise
Strong understanding of Sourcing Procurement Source to Pay with particular strength in sourcing and
upstream midstream procurement
Hands on knowledge of sourcing category management procurement supplier management contracting or spend
analytics
Ability to understand existing procurement processes and redesign them using digital levers
Solutioning consulting capability
Experience in Solution Design Pre sales Procurement Transformation Digital Consulting or Management Consulting
Strong structured problem solving and analytical ability
Ability to move from a problem statement to solution transformation roadmap business case and client story
Technology orientation
Working understanding of major S P platforms such as SAP Ariba Coupa GEP Ivalua or Jaggaer
Understanding of AI GenAI analytics workflow and automation applications within procurement
Ability to work with technical teams without needing to be a software developer
