about the role We are seeking a skilled Data Collection Technical Expert to manage and validate data collection tools, develop automation scripts, and oversee lab environments. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive technical background and strong problem-solving abilities. about you 1. Data Collection Tools Management and Validation Installation : Install and configure data collection and standard admin tools (password safe management, backup/restore, anti-virus, monitoring, CMDB registering, user directory management). Application Upgrade : Manage upgrades ensuring minimal disruption and compatibility. Network Flow Requests : Coordinate with network teams for flow and port management. Procedure Creation : Develop and document procedures for L2 teams. Coordination with Architects : Collaborate with IT architects for technical solutions. 2. Development Script Management Shell Scripting : Create and maintain shell scripts for automation. Python : Develop scripts for data processing and integration. PowerShell : Write scripts for managing Windows environments. BMC Discovery Pattern : Manage patterns for accurate asset discovery. 3. Lab and Cloud Technology Cloud Technologie : Concept for administering VMWare environnements (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi), MS Hyper-V environnements and KVM Linux environnements. Lab Management : Set up and manage lab environments for testing. Technical Skills and Qualifications Operating Systems : Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration. Security and Automation : Understanding of application security and automation tasks. Ticketing and Project Management : Experience with JIRA or similar tools. Certifications (Advantageous) : ITIL, SAFE, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications.
