Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior / Principal Full Stack Infrastructure Consultant to design, build, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms. This role combines deep Azure infrastructure expertise, AI-first platform capabilities, DevOps automation, and strong technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Architecture & End-to-End Delivery

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end cloud and hybrid (cloud/on-premises) infrastructure solutions.
  
• Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing across the full technology stack.
  
• Own technical quality assurance across infrastructure deliverables.
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout solution design and delivery.
  
• Align infrastructure architecture with broader technology strategies and organizational objectives.
  
• Apply information security, compliance, and assurance policies to maintain reliability and confidence.
  

Cloud Strategy, Architecture & Engineering Excellence

• Define and apply best-practice approaches across a wide scope of infrastructure and platform challenges.
  
• Design, implement, and deploy Azure Landing Zones aligned with Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF) principles.
  
• Drive consistency and predictability through reusable architecture patterns, standards, and accelerators.
  
• Develop, reuse, and contribute intellectual property (IP), reference architectures, and delivery assets.
  
• Identify opportunities to close platform gaps through innovation, automation, and improved design.
  
• Drive new ways of thinking to improve engineering quality, productivity, and responsiveness to change.
  

AI-First Infrastructure Enablement

• Design and enable AI-ready infrastructure platforms supporting modern AI and ML workloads.
  
• Use Python for automation, infrastructure scripting, and AI integration.
  
• Integrate Azure AI Services (AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Vision, Speech, Translation, AI Agent services) as infrastructure components.
  
• Enable secure, scalable deployment of OpenAI and frontier models within cloud environments.
  
• Support containerized AI workloads using modern AI and developer tooling such as Visual Studio, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
  

DevOps, Automation & Platform Engineering

• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML-based) and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins.
  
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
  
• Build modular, reusable, and standardized infrastructure components.
  
• Embed DevOps and platform engineering practices to improve reliability, deployment velocity, and maintainability.
  
• Bridge application architecture and infrastructure concerns to enable effective end-to-end delivery.
  

Networking, Security & Zero Trust

• Architect and implement secure Azure networking solutions including VNets, ExpressRoute, vWAN, ingress/egress patterns, and Network Virtual Appliances (NVAs).
  
• Apply Zero Trust principles across hybrid and cloud environments.
  
• Implement Azure Firewall, NSGs, Private Link, VPN/ExpressRoute security, and encrypted network flows.
  
• Define and enforce governance guardrails using Azure Policy and related governance tooling.
  
• Conduct cloud security assessments and support compliance requirements.
  
• Design secure landing zones aligned with CAF and WAF principles to ensure governance, resiliency, and secure adoption paths.
  

Migration, Modernization & Multi-Cloud

• Lead and execute large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
  
• Support all phases of the migration lifecycle including assessment, planning, execution, and optimization.
  
• Use tools such as Azure Migrate to support workload migration.
  
• Lead container migration and modernization initiatives.
  
• Apply hands-on experience migrating workloads from AWS or GCP to Azure.
  

Consulting Leadership & Delivery Mindset

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure and platform initiatives.
  
• Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, envisioning sessions, and solution design engagements.
  
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Mentor engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
  
• Adapt solutions across industries and evolving technical requirements.
  
• Operate effectively in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
  

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of overall IT industry experience.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure architecture, design, and operations.
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Mandatory

  Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104)

  .
• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation.
  
• Proven ability to lead technically complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

  certification.

• Terraform Associate

  certification with hands-on IaC automation experience.
• Cloud AI certification such as

  Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)

  or equivalent.
• Experience spanning both application architecture and infrastructure domains.
  
• Professional certifications in delivery or service management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Change or Project Management).
  
• Multi-cloud experience including AWS or GCP.
  
• Advanced technical certifications or higher education.
