Senior Computer Vision (CV)/ Machine Learning (ML) Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior CV/ML Engineer at Eartheye Space, you will be in a team leader role critical to the company's product offering. Your main responsibility will be developing machine learning/deep learning models. Reporting to the head of software, you will lead a team of junior computer vision (CV)/machine learning (ML) engineers. In this fast-paced organization, you will be accountable for delivering well-performing models on time. Additionally, you will mentor and assist the junior engineers in your team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop machine learning/deep learning models - Lead a team of junior CV/ML engineers - Ensure timely delivery of well-performing models - Mentor and assist junior engineers - Work with satellite imagery and have knowledge of remote sensing and GIS - Utilize supervised and unsupervised learning methods, specializing in segmentation, classification, and detection - Proficient in Python programming - Manage a team of at least five members involved in ML work - Familiarity with YOLO, Rekognition, TensorFlow, R-CNN, and other contemporary models - Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud-based development and deployment - Deliver under tight deadlines - Thrive in an agile environment with constant change - Possess clear communication skills in spoken and written English Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent Additional Details of the Company: Eartheye Space offers competitive salary and stock awards.
