Senior Computer Vision (CV)/ Machine Learning (ML) Engineer

As a Senior CV/ML engineer at Eartheye Space, your role will be that of a team leader, playing a crucial part in the company's product offerings. You will be responsible for developing machine learning/deep learning models and working closely with a team of junior computer vision (CV)/machine learning (ML) engineers. Your reporting line will be to the head of software, and you will be expected to deliver well-performing models within set timelines. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be involved in mentoring and assisting the junior engineers within your team. **Work Experience:** - Possess a minimum of ten years of software development experience along with five years of ML/DL model development experience - Have hands-on experience with satellite imagery, remote sensing, and GIS - Demonstrate expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning methods, particularly in segmentation, classification, and detection techniques - Proficient in Python programming and have managed a team of at least five members working on ML projects - Familiarity with YOLO, Rekognition, TensorFlow, R-CNN, and other contemporary models - Experience in working with MLOps pipelines and cloud-based development and deployment - Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines in an agile environment - Possess clear communication skills in both spoken and written English **Qualification:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent field At Eartheye Space, you will have access to cutting-edge data and technology, working with various sensor modalities in Earth observation within a cloud environment.
