The company values new ideas from every level of the organization and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees. **Role Overview:** - Be an inspiring leader in building next generation Multi-cloud services - Deliver high-performance services adaptable to multifaceted business needs - Build secure cloud services ensuring high availability, reliability, and security - Lead the technical design, vision, and implementation strategy - Define and apply best practices for maintainable and modular solutions - Partner with global teams to shape technical product architecture and practices - Develop engineering processes and teamwork models for optimizing team efficiency - Mentor and guide high performing engineering team - Lead discussions on emerging industry technologies to influence product direction - Craft a positive winning culture based on collaboration and shared accomplishments **Key Responsibilities:** - Passion and love for software development - 14+ years of experience with 5+ years as an Architect - Strong design, coding, and architectural skills with problem-solving abilities - Expertise in architecting and designing scalable frontend applications - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Rest Services, MySQL/Postgres, MongoDB, Kafka - Experience in developing solutions with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure) - Knowledge of Cassandra, Solr, ElasticSearch, Snowflake - API Design experience for customer and third-party integration - Exceptional coding skills and object-oriented design expertise - Track record of coaching and mentoring software engineers - Ambitious with a strong bias to action - Self-motivated with a desire to mentor and drive high-quality work - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - BS or MS in Computer Science or related field Adobe is committed to making its platform accessible to all users.
