Your role will involve working closely with teammates to solve complex problems, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback on coding techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Prototype, develop, and unit-test scalable features ensuring the highest quality standards. - Collaborate with teammates to determine the best approaches for problem-solving. - Conduct code reviews, offer feedback to team members on coding techniques, and respond effectively to feedback from reviewers. - Plan, develop, monitor, and enhance necessary infrastructure in collaboration with Operations partners. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues. - Engage in a highly collaborative team environment that requires effective communication and quality contributions across multiple geographies. Requirements: - BTech/ MS in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent software development experience. - Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience with at least 7 years of experience in building modern web applications. - Strong computer science fundamentals and a solid understanding of architecture, design, and performance principles. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML, and modern web-related technologies. - Familiarity with JS Design Patterns and REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Webhooks, Redux. - Knowledge of tools like Rush, Bazel, Playwright, etc. - Creative troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop innovative approaches to problem-solving. - Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing tools. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
