Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing innovative Managed Services solutions that drive digital transformation for clients. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with clients, sales, and delivery teams to create secure, cost-effective, and sustainable cloud solutions that meet client needs and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a virtual team of domain experts to design complex managed service solutions tailored to client requirements - Drive the development and validation of service solutions to introduce new features and delivery models - Map client needs to service elements, lead solution development, and ensure supportability by working across diverse teams - Participate in renewals and ensure a smooth transition to service delivery teams post-implementation - Conduct workshops, present architecture solutions to clients, and collaborate on the commercial aspects of services - Mentor and coach peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and align with strategic goals Qualifications Required: - Advanced understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration - Expertise in multi-cloud technologies, cloud-native applications, architecture transformation, and legacy-to-cloud migrations - Applied skills in Azure, GCP, or AWS infrastructure architecture and presales - Experience with virtualization, hybrid computing environments, and cloud-native technologies - Knowledge of managed services delivery models, including cloud and distributed delivery - Strong communication skills to convey solution value to stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite - Capability to facilitate workshops, present solutions, and drive client buy-in - Collaborative mindset, contributing to team success in a matrixed organization - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field Company Details: NTT DATA is a global leader in business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100 with a commitment to accelerating client success through responsible innovation.
