We are currently seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Location Bangalore/ Chennai Experience: 4 - 6 Years Number of openings 1 What awaits you/ Job Profile Cloud Infrastructure Design: Plan, design, and deploy cloud infrastructure with AWS services like API Gateway, AWS Cognito, EC2, Auto-scaling groups, IAM roles, users and access management in AWS, Load Balancer, ECS, EKS, ECR, RDS, S3 bucket, Route53, Cert Manager, Secrets manager, AWS Lambda, Cloud watch, AWS Event bridge, Cloud trail, VPC and AWS networking, Subnets, Security groups and their configuration. AWS billing and cost optimization. Automation & Scripting: Create and implement automation processes using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and scripting in Python/Bash. Application Migration: Migrate complex, multi-tier applications to AWS. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources3. Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud architecture meets security standards and compliance requirements. Collaboration: Work with development teams to optimize applications for the cloud and improve engineering tools and procedures. Disaster Recovery: Establish disaster recovery procedures and conduct regular security audits. What should you bring along 8-12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance. Extensive AWS Experience: Proven experience designing and managing AWS infrastructure. Automation Skills: Proficiency with automation tools and scripting (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Python, Bash). Application Migration: Experience migrating applications to AWS. Monitoring & Performance: Strong skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud resources2. Security Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud security and compliance. Cost Optimization: Experience with cost management strategies in AWS. Programming Skills: Competence in programming languages like Python or Java. Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Monitoring & observability Tools: CloudWatch, Kibana, Logstash, Loki, Prometheus, Grafana etc. Security: IAM, Security Groups, Compliance Audits2 GitHub Good to have Technical skills Additional AWS Services: DynamoDB, Route53, Lambda, Step function, Glue, Athena etc. DevOps Practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Networking: Understanding of network design and gateway integration.
