Job Description

As a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing cloud-based systems in India. Your passion for optimizing performance and ensuring security will play a key role in the success of our cutting-edge projects. Collaborating with various teams, you will build scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and enhancing the efficiency of cloud environments, focusing on cost-effectiveness and reliability. You will implement best practices to protect data and infrastructure, automate deployment processes using tools like Terraform and Ansible, and work closely with developers to deliver seamless cloud solutions that meet business requirements. Additionally, you will set up robust monitoring tools, troubleshoot performance issues, and stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to recommend improvements to our architecture. Your expertise in cloud-native services, networking, storage solutions, scripting languages like Python and Bash, containerization tools like Docker, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana will be crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms, proven experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure at scale, and relevant certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be essential for this position. Nice to have skills include knowledge of Backbase. This Senior Cloud Engineer position is based in Gurugram, India, and falls under the DevOps category in the BCM Industry.
