Senior Cloud Developer (Golang + CKAD)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our SaaS Next-Gen Platform team located in Bangalore, reporting to the senior manager of Software Engineering. In this role, you will use the latest technology to deliver the core foundation for all Infoblox applications. You will also play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud networking solutions and have the opportunity to work with the best of the technical and thought leadership team at Infoblox.

What youll do:

• Develop, design, and maintain cloud infrastructure components of Infobloxs Next Generation Platform
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure high availability, upgrades, and security
• Work closely with various cross-functional Product teams
• Stay up-to-date on key trends, especially in the area of cloud platforms and networking solutions
• Develop REST and gRPC APIs, as well as contribute to the overall API framework

What youll bring:

• 8+ years of experience in software development with proven experience as a Golang Engineer or in a similar software development role
• Excellent understanding of various cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and others
• Good knowledge of networking on cloud platforms
• Skilled in cloud native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, EFK logging, and Prometheus monitoring
• Experience with system architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with web frameworks and libraries used in Golang development, such as Gin and Echo
• Knowledge of API design and development, including RESTful principles
• Understanding of concurrency patterns and experience with Goroutines and channels
• Experience in microservices development with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Bachelors degree in CS, CE or EE is required; masters degree preferred
• Good to have certification on Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
