Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from assigned clients, documenting all client calls thoroughly and accurately, and preparing value findings by reviewing assigned client accounts. Additionally, you will analyze practice reports for trends and deliver comprehensive overviews via value calls or emails to clients on a regular basis. Your role will involve proactive communication with assigned clients to discuss the office's performance, identify any problem areas, and demonstrate the value provided by Resolv Dental. You should possess basic knowledge of Resolv Dental supported software to address client inquiries and provide training on Resolv Dental's services, policies, and procedures. Collaborating with coworkers to research and resolve client issues, attending departmental meetings, and effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously are also key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Receive inbound calls from assigned clients - Document all client calls thoroughly and accurately - Prepare value findings by reviewing assigned client accounts and analyzing practice reports - Deliver comprehensive overviews to clients via value calls or emails regularly - Proactively communicate with assigned clients to discuss performance and demonstrate value - Possess basic knowledge of Resolv Dental supported software to address client inquiries and provide training - Collaborate with coworkers to research and resolve client issues - Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings - Effectively communicate and work positively with coworkers, managers, and clients - Uphold Company HIPAA guidelines regarding client files and data - Manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Communicate with third-party partners on behalf of clients - Meet with Manager monthly - Actively seek and participate in ongoing training exercises Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field preferred - Two or more years of experience in a similar position or equivalent experience - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Ability to work well with different personalities and varying skill sets - Good organizational and time management skills - Customer service experience - Flexibility and adaptability - Knowledge of office procedures - Computer literacy skills with a solid understanding of software operations - Training skills,
