Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Client Quality Manager/Client Quality Manager with 8-12 years of experience to join our team in the Biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and client relationship building.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize quality control processes.
Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with quality management software and systems.
