Senior Business Application Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at Noida location, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Requirement Gathering and Analysis: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. - Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. - Conduct interviews, workshops, and use other methods to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. - Data Analysis & Reporting: - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. - Process Analysis & Modeling: - Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. - Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives. - Solution Evaluation: - Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals. - Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. - Stakeholder Communication: - Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. - Project Support: - Assist the team with project management, including defining scope, creating business cases, and supporting testing and implementation. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, MBA or relevant certification is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Skills Required: - Knowledge in Supply Chain, Invoicing, Warehouse management, and Purchase to procure modules of an ERP. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL Stored procedures and Power BI. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English language, French will be a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,
