Senior Business Analyst II IT Services Pre-sales

Role Overview: You will be working as a Business Analyst in both pre-sales and post-sales activities within the IT industry. Your primary responsibilities will include handling business documentation, such as BRD and FRD, for various projects. You will also work with different business analysis tools to support the sales process. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) - Develop pre-sales and post-sales documentation for projects - Utilize various business analysis tools to support sales activities - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services industry - At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales activities - Proficiency in English language - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering Additional Details: The company is looking for a candidate who can join the team within 15 to 30 days, with a preference for immediate joiners.
