Role Overview
Lead day-to-day business analysis activities and act as a key interface between the customer, internal BA team, Project BAs, Solution Architects and delivery teams. The individual will manage customer communications, drive requirement discussions, ensure detailed tracking of requirements and open points, and support the development and review of To-Be FRS/FDS documents.

This is a hands-on Senior BA role, requiring active participation in customer meetings, guidance to the other Business Analysts, requirement closure and consistency and quality across functional documentation.

Required Skills

• Approximately 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting or Solution Analysis.
• Strong experience in customer-facing business analysis and enterprise product journeys.
• Excellent customer communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong understanding of AS-IS analysis, To-Be solution definition and functional gap analysis.
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing FRS, FDS and functional solution documents.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements, customer discussions and documentation deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong experience in requirement tracking, decision management, risk identification and dependency management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to independently drive discussions and ensure closure of customer requirements.

Good To Have

• Experience in telecom, CRM, loyalty management or enterprise product journeys.
• Strong understanding of product architecture and functional capabilities.
• Exposure to technical integrations, APIs, web services and system architecture.
• Experience in HLD development and solution-design reviews.
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams and Solution Architects.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
