Job Description

As a professional joining our Credit Risk and Securitization domain, you will play a dual role as a Business Analyst (BA) and Data Analyst (DA). Your primary focus will be on utilizing your expertise in credit risk modeling, securitization, and financial regulations, while also demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and documenting business requirements such as BRD, FRD, As-Is, and To-Be scenarios. You will also be involved in conducting functional, user acceptance, and end-to-end integration testing. It will be essential for you to navigate complex systems and data landscapes to identify gaps, make assumptions for business outcomes, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, implement data validation and cleansing processes, and optimize data processing and analysis to support decision-making. Furthermore, your role will require you to write SQL queries for data analysis and visualization, as well as present complex data insights to senior management and stakeholders. Your skills should encompass a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in BA/DA roles, a strong understanding of credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD) and mitigation techniques, expertise in securitization transactions and economic models, familiarity with Basel III, IFRS-9, relevant US/European regulations, fair valuation of assets, business model testing, Treasury functions, and capital market products. Additionally, you should have experience with SDLC processes and documentation, possess an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, manage multiple projects effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs. Understanding of enterprise data architecture including data lakes, warehouses, and marts is also required. This role does not have any specific language or seniority requirements.
