As a Senior Business Analyst - Credit Risk at Khatabook, your responsibilities would include: - Developing and monitoring credit policy design & BRE implementation to achieve Risk/ECL (Expected Credit Loss) benchmarks - Driving strategy and decision-making for Risk Management - Assisting in improving data collection, data coverage & visibility for driving deeper insights on relevant metrics - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant KPI Definition (Early & Lagged) & reporting of credit risk performance - Engaging with Decision science team members & providing inputs/insights to enhance Risk Selection (App Scorecard) & Collection Behavioral models - Supporting senior leadership decision-making by streamlining the measurement of KPIs, identifying key drivers by building causal models, communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams - Mentoring junior business and data analysts Qualifications we are seeking: - 2+ years of experience in Analytics - A minimum of 1 year of experience in credit risk analytics is mandatory - Proficiency in SQL, Excel - Strong working experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho, etc. - Sound understanding of statistics and experience with statistical analysis - Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analysis skills - Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills - Background in statistical modeling and experience with statistical/scripting tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS, or SPSS is a plus About Khatabook: Khatabook exists to empower India's 60 million MSMEs.
