Senior BIM Modeler - Electrical/ Mechanical

As a Senior BIM Modeler specializing in Electrical and Mechanical services, you will be responsible for developing and updating BIM models using Revit. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating mechanical models with other services, preparing detailed shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs, conducting clash detection, and ensuring client requirements are met. Additionally, you will provide guidance to junior team members. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline. - Proven hands-on experience in BIM modeling and drafting for MEPF systems for Modelers/Senior Engineers (3-7 years experience). - Strong leadership experience in BIM coordination, project delivery, workflow management, and team oversight for BIM Coordinator/Manager (7-10+ years experience preferred). - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit MEP, with familiarity in Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other relevant tools. - Strong understanding of MEPF system design principles and building codes, along with the ability to read, interpret, and produce engineering drawings. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
