Senior BIM Executive - MEP

As the Project Overseer for this role, your main responsibility will be to manage the project's transition from point cloud conversion to BIM models, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards. Your tasks will include: - Managing the Point Cloud data obtained from laser scans, including cleaning and preparing it for modeling purposes. - Developing accurate 3D models from Point-cloud data using software like Revit, AutoCAD, or Navis. - Ensuring that the models adhere to client and industry standards, creating parametric models, families, and libraries as per project requirements. - Leading and coordinating Scan to BIM and CAD projects from initiation to completion, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Training and guiding junior team members in Scan to BIM and CAD techniques, tools, and best practices. - Providing technical support and guidance to project teams. - Generating project reports, technical documentation, and deliverables for submissions. - Working according to US and UK Standards based on client requirements. - Preparing Sheet work from As-Built Model and ensuring client specifications are met. Necessary Technical / Functional Skills include proficiency in software like Revit, Navis, TruView, Recap, as well as technical skills such as communication, presentation, modeling, and sheetwork. Additionally, being an active listener, having integrity, and being flexible and open to change are crucial for success in this role. Qualifications and Experience required for this position are: - BE/ME in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical. - 3-5+ years of prior experience in Scan to BIM work.
