Senior BI Developer/Azure Data Factory

As a Full Remote Senior BI Developer for an international project in Chennai, you will be responsible for utilizing your +8 years of experience to contribute to BI data management design and development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business and technical requirements for data integration - Designing and developing ADF pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes - Integrating on-premises and cloud-based data sources such as Oracle, File system, SAP, Blob Storage, and REST APIs - Implementing data transformation logic using ADF mapping data flows and activities or the DBT tool - Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing pipeline performance - Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and usability To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Bachelor or Master's degree - +8 years of experience in data engineering or ETL development - Proven hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory, including pipeline design, data flows, and integration runtime - Experience with Azure services like Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Data Lake - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages - Experience in using the DBT tool is a plus - Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Fluency in English This position offers the opportunity to work on an exciting international project while leveraging your expertise in BI development and data management.,
