As a skilled professional with over 8 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server development, SAP BO Reporting, and Power BI, you will play a crucial role in the success of the company. Your expertise in SQL query writing, performance tuning, and report creation will be essential for the following key responsibilities: - Quickly troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring root cause analysis and providing effective solutions. - Trace data errors/discrepancies, conduct data reconciliations, and ensure data integrity. - Utilize analytical skills to employ the right methods for maximum efficiency in time and resource management. - Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently. - Extensively work with Business Objects v4.3, including Information Design Tool (IDT) for Universe Design and report creation. - Formulate, execute, and debug SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. - Analyze and optimize report performance to ensure fast rendering and efficient data retrieval. - Hands-on experience in BO CMC and BO Web Intelligence Rich Client for effective report management. - Proficient in Power BI Admin tasks such as scheduling, workspace management, user access control, and security. - Build Power BI reports, utilize Power query editor, and perform data modeling for effective visualization. - Conduct performance tuning of Power BI reports and dashboards to enhance efficiency. - Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team. - Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical production systems to ensure seamless operations.
