Senior BI Developer - SAP BO Reporting

As a skilled professional in SAP BO Reporting, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server, your role will involve quickly troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problems related to these technologies. Your analytical skills will be essential in tracing data errors, performing reconciliations, and optimizing report performance. It is crucial to be results-driven and efficient in utilizing time and resources to achieve set objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Quickly troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems related to SAP BO Reporting, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server. - Conduct root cause analysis and follow up with appropriate solutions. - Trace data errors and discrepancies, and perform data reconciliations. - Analyze and optimize report performance for fast rendering and efficient data retrieval. - Write complex SQL queries to enhance data processing. - Efficiently create and debug SQL queries to support business operations. - Utilize Business Objects v4.3 and Information Design Tool for Universe Design and amendments. - Create Business Objects reports to meet business requirements. - Manage BO CMC and BO Web Intelligence Rich Client for effective reporting. - Administer Power BI, including scheduling, managing workspace, user access, and security. - Build Power BI reports, utilize Power query editor, and model data effectively. - Tune performance of Power BI reports and dashboards for optimized operations. - Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance system efficiency. - Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical production systems to ensure availability and performance. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server development, with expertise in SQL query writing and performance tuning. - 5+ years of experience in SAP BO 4.2 and above Reporting. - 2+ years of experience in Power BI. - Preferably experience in SAP BODS or any ETL tool. - Possess an analytical mindset, results-driven approach, and ability to efficiently utilize resources.,
