Senior Backend developer - Node.js

You will be tasked with implementing new systems and redesigning legacy systems using cutting-edge technologies to meet the evolving business requirements of Remitbee. The role also involves researching and analyzing business and system needs, exploring various solution options, and recommending designs and technologies, as well as writing test cases. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, Sequelize, and Typescript. Additionally, familiarity with automated task runners like Grunt or Gulp, proficiency in databases like MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, and the ability to apply engineering best practices for Test Driven Development, integration testing, version control, release management, work estimation, and planning are essential. Experience in working with Rest and GraphQL APIs, Git usage, a commitment to code quality through writing tests and documentation, and participation in various stages of the software development lifecycle are also key requirements. Active contributions to open-source projects and experience in handling or managing team members are desirable.
